We are gradually equipping our nurses with lightweight assistive exoskeletons that relieve the back and shoulders. Less fatigue and fewer injuries, more energy and more time for you.
Blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, mood: we help you choose simple apps on your phone and learn to use them, so you can do your own checks and share them with us and your doctor if you wish. You gain independence, and we can adjust your care more quickly.

Founded in Geneva, Santé Pro Léman is built on a team of registered nurses with more than twenty years of combined experience in home care. Beyond clinical skills, our philosophy is based on trust, respect and kindness towards every patient.
To guarantee personalised, high-quality care, we deliberately limit the number of nurses who visit each person. That is how trust and continuity of care are built.
Today we care for patients of all ages: working people after surgery, people living with a chronic condition or a mental health issue, and families who want to look after their loved ones.

How we work
A shared care software connects every member of the team. Everyone has real-time access to essential information: reports, follow-ups and documents. The result: faster response, fewer risks of error and rigorous traceability of every exchange.
A lead doctor advises and supports the team when your own doctor is unavailable. An on-call system covers days, nights, weekends and public holidays. We regularly update your doctor on how you are doing.
Before any care begins, we carry out an in-depth assessment of your needs. You receive a weekly schedule with your nurses’ names and visit times, so you can easily plan your other appointments.
We work hand in hand with dietitians, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychiatrists and pharmacies to provide consistent, well-rounded support.
